Monkton — On Dec. 26, a Vermont State Police trooper arrested Jessica Popp, 25, of Monkton without incident on a warrant. The warrant was issued by Addison County Superior Court Dec. 20 for alleged contempt of court. Popp was later transported and lodged at the Chittenden County Correction Facility.
